1992; Cherry Red
CD BRED 65

Notes: Missing "Crucifix Heaven" from "The Strange Idols Pattern And Other Short Stories", otherwise same track listing as earlier version, but with the two albums reversed in sequence so as to more accurately reflect release order. Reissued without the original cover art, but designed to be uniform with the "Primitive Painters" and "Crumbling The Antiseptic Beauty / The Splendour Of Fear" reissues and "Absolute Classic Masterpieces".

The Strange Idols Pattern and Other Short Stories cd
Aug 2003; Cherry Red
CDMRED 63

Notes: Spine states "Felt Re-Issue Series Number 3". Band credits as on earlier releases. Produced by John Leckie, songs written by Lawrence/Deebank; Song 2 by Deebank. CD designed by Paul Kelly, photograph by Tom Sheehan. Issued in a cardboard gatefold that, unlike the earlier re-issues in this series, does not restore the original cover art, instead apprearing in a plain red sleeve. Also, this release flips the order of "Dismantled King..." and "Crystal Ball" while, like the previous reissue, failing to restore the track "Crucifix Heaven".
